At Kursiv, we collect and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy. This document is part of Kursiv's Terms of Service, and by using getkursiv.com (the "Website"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Kursiv is based in India. If you are visiting the Website from outside India, you acknowledge and agree that the personal information you provide us will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Kursiv may contact you by email or other communication channels. It includes sending you promotional emails related to Kursiv or other third parties Kursiv believes you would be interested in, or to communicate with you about your use of the Kursiv website. Our goal for processing this Personal Data is based on our legitimate business interest of personalising and optimising the Services to improve your user experience.

from our advertising partners: Our service providers (e.g. LinkedIn) who help us with marketing or promotional services related to your interactions with our website applications, products, services, advertisements or communications, may provide us information about you. We process this Personal Data based on our legitimate business interest in providing direct marketing about our products and services.

Information we automatically collect when you use our Services: The Personal Data automatically collected when you use our Services includes (but not limited to) IP addresses, web browser information, usage information, page view statistics, device identifiers, browser history, location information (e.g. IP address, zip code), log data (e.g. access times, hardware and software information), and cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, web beacons and other tracking technologies.

Kursiv's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Kursiv does not share any Personal User Data received from Google API with third-party tools, including any AI models.

You can view, change or delete data associated with your profile. If you wish to delete your account, please email us at support@getcursiv.com. Children and minors should not use Kursiv. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are at least 18 years old.

Personal Data Processing and Use

We use your Personal Data to provide you with our Services or communicate with you regarding our Services or the Website.

We strive to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the information, content, documents or files you choose to upload to Kursiv. Should you choose to make your content or document or files available in the public domain, we recommend that you do it carefully, and redact any and all references to people and addresses with the understanding that we cannot protect public data and cannot be held liable for any violation of the privacy law you may be liable for.
